The new Pop-a-bow collar system consists of a collar with two pop on dickies and two pop on ties that are interchangeable..You will be supplied with either an 'innie' or 'outie' popper collar and the opposing bows/ties..Add on packs will be available in sets of four different fabrics...the ties and dickies are extra large..padded and machine washable.
